Hi I'm Ed, thank you for visiting my website.

I was born and raised in Kendal and moved to Morecambe in my mid 20s and have lived in Morecambe/ Heysham for last 20 years.

When I left school I trained as a plumber and have been in the plumbing industry since then, but I’ve always had a passion for safe driving. I decided to train to become a driving instructor because I wanted a job with real satisfaction and there is nothing better than seeing someone pass their test first time.

Out of work I like to spend my free time with my family and enjoy supporting my three kids in their sporting activities which includes being 'Dad's Taxi' and driving them to competitions and matches most weekends. My eldest daughter is a cheerleader/ junior coach at Stormers Elite, my second eldest plays rugby for Vale of Lune and my youngest plays football for Westgate Wonders.

I chose to work with LDC because everybody is different and the LD System allows for flexibility in lessons so that you learn to drive safely at a rate that suits you. I aim to make every lesson enjoyable and as productive as possible. The LD System just helps me to do this more effectively.

Lessons are always conducted in a calm, friendly and relaxed manner as I firmly believe in making pupils feel at ease during lessons.
